I think I'm probably Timid Teresa but I could fit into the other categories as well. When I was in elementary school through about high school I used to journal a lot. I have lots of old journals in a box in my attic. Over the years I got away from it. Since the loss of my fur baby, I have been using journaling to process my grief and write him letters. It's been really helpful. It's good to be reminded of how beneficial writing for ourselves can be. Also -- loved the way you invited people to check out your offers and resources. They look lovely and supportive!
Thank you Angela. I’m so sorry you lost your fur baby. They can be our dearest friends or members of our family. For me dogs have been a life line at times. They understand. Lots of HSPs gravitate to animals. They are live in a fur coat. I’m glad writing is helping you with that. Keep going!
You’re so welcome. Thank you as well. I miss Chewy every day. I’m grateful his spirit is still near to me, but I sure miss snuggling with him. That’s wonderful you’ve felt so close to dogs over the years. They are special beings and companions. Yes! I love that aspect of HSPs — we are deeply connected to animals and plants. Thankful that writing gives us a way to process our emotions and express all the things on our minds. I’ll keep at it! Thank you.
I’ve been a Poppy LePro for years - although I’ve kinda lost my way the last month or so. This post reminded me why I journal, so thank you for the reminder.

Hey Fiona! You're welcome. I fall off the wagon too but it always feels amazing to get back to it again.
