I think I'm probably Timid Teresa but I could fit into the other categories as well. When I was in elementary school through about high school I used to journal a lot. I have lots of old journals in a box in my attic. Over the years I got away from it. Since the loss of my fur baby, I have been using journaling to process my grief and write him letters. It's been really helpful. It's good to be reminded of how beneficial writing for ourselves can be. Also -- loved the way you invited people to check out your offers and resources. They look lovely and supportive!

This is so sweet and insightful at the same time. I'm a Poppy le Pro for the most part (have been journaling for over two decades), but recently went through an Avoidant Amy phase.. 😁
