My dearest Wildheart Warriors! How are you? I’ve something new for you as a valued member of our beautiful community, and it will not disappoint.

Today, we’re diving deep into the world of energetic boundaries and energy hygiene for empaths and highly sensitive souls. It’s one of the biggest challenges we face as a highly sensitive souls navigating this crazy, busy world. Without awareness, we can often get caught up in the drama of the moment, the noise online or get lost in energetic imprints from childhood that render us small and helpless.

This excerpt from my book describes perfectly how can can feel:
